Logan's B-Day Card with Digi Stamp

Here is Logan's Birthday Card. I used a coloring image from www.dulemba.com and colored it with my copic markers and then just layered on some patterned papers. Pretty simple but I thought the dragon was cute.

Tractor Time

I've been working on this layout today. I'm trying very hard to get all my 35mm pictures scrapped so then I can start having fun with my digital ones but I'm years and years behind. I've decided to just start with a particular year (I'm currently on the year 2000) and just get it all finished rather than my usual approach of scrapping whatever I have cute paper for or....am just in the mood to work on. Ryan and Logan both love to drive the tractor with Grandpa but since we live so far apart we don't get to do that very much so it is always very special when they get to drive Grandpa around in circles! I love Kelly Goree's work and I found a layout on her website with the pictures layed out like this so I scraplifted that and went from there. I purchased this John Deere paper ages ago so I knew what I wanted to use so it came together pretty quickly. Sorry the picture is so bad - I've got to figure out how to photograph my 12x12 scrapbook pages better.

Hero Arts Monochromatic Challenge

Here is my Hero Arts monochromatic challenge submission! Wish me luck! Yes, that is a real twig the curious owl is perched on!!! We were all out for a walk pulling Rachel in her new wagon and I saw this twig laying on the sidewalk and thought I should use it on my card!
